How Do I Buy Online From Legwear Safari?

Legwear Safari is a fully integrated and completely secure online shopping platform. Use the search option bar to help you find what you are looking for, select the size and colour you want, add the items to your cart and proceed to checkout.

At checkout you will be able to choose your payment method {Visa, Mastercard, Masterpass or EFT}, make your payment and all you need to do is pop in your delivery details and we do everything else. From the comfort of your own home, office or sun lounger, wine in hand.

Legwear Safari is an online store only, we do not have a traditional brick and mortar store. Which is seriously cool for you the Legwear Safarian {That is what we call all of our awesome customers} because it keeps our prices down and it means we are open 365 days of the year instead of just office hours.

How Do I Know If My Order Has Been Recieved?

Upon completion of your order at checkout, you will immediately receive an order confirmation via email with an invoice attached that you can download for your records.

If you have selected EFT as a payment option you will receive the banking details for the transaction as well.

How Do I Make A Payment?

Legwear Safari’s payment gateway is powered and secured by Sage Pay South Africa. All payments are 3D Secure for your protection and peace of mind.

You can pay using VISA, Mastercard or Masterpass as well as make an Instant EFT {iPay} payment from your bank.

Legwear Safari currently accepts EFT payments directly into our bank account.

You will receive a reference number and our bank details at checkout.

We do not accept cheques, cash payments into our bank account or COD payments.

If you select EFT you have 24 hours to make your payment and to send us your POP to payments@legwearsafari.co.za. If payment is not made within the 24 hour time frame the order will expire and you will have to contact our office to have the order re-opened or place the order again.

How Will I Get My Order And How Long Will It Take?

Legwear Safari offers door to door delivery all over South Africa and international courier delivery for the rest of the world.

Door to Door – Anywhere in SA – R70. Free Delivery for all orders over R450 1-3 Working Days

As of the 1 May 2017, we no longer offer delivery with the Post Office

International orders can take anything from 48 hours – 2 weeks for delivery depending on the delivery option selected and the location for delivery.

For deliveries within the Western Cape we use a number of local couriers whom service the area on a daily basis.

Do You Ship Internationally?


Yes! Legwear Safari ships all over the world.
We offer a door to door delivery service as well as the South African Post office. Shipping rates are calculated by weight and can be quoted individually. Please contact us on shopping@legwearsafari.co.za or on +27 21 300 3570 {GMT/UTC +2 } for a delivery quote to your address.


 

Can I Pick Up My Order From Your Store?


As we are an online store only, we don’t have a traditional brick and mortar store for collections. We also don’t have a shop where you can pop in and browse, we have a warehouse facility full of boring shelves and barcodes.  We are also situated quite far from a central metropolis, so unfortunately no you won’t be able to collect your order from us directly.

 

 

 

Do You Accept Returns?

Legwear Safari does not accept any returns of hosiery, socks or shape wear due to hygiene reasons under any circumstances.

Due to the nature of the Legwear Safari e-commerce web store, please note that under no  circumstances does Legwear Safari offer any cash or credit refunds at all.

We instead, issue you with a Legwear Safari coupon which can be redeemed on the site  up until the date of expiry date  indicated on the voucher.

Please note that in the event of a return, a credit will be provided for the ITEM ONLY – Legwear Safari DOES NOT credit or refund ANY shipping costs incurred.

Legwear Safari doesn’t take any responsibility for and will not replace any items that were damaged with a knife or any other sharp object when opening the courier bags. Please take care not to slice your hosiery through the courier bag.

In the event that the items arrive damaged in any way you will have 12 hours after delivery to inform us. You will need to provide the original courier bag the item came in as well as all of the original packaging so we may assess how the package was damaged. If the item has been sliced open with scissors, a knife, pen or any other object, Legwear Safari will not replace the item.

No credits or exchange arrangements will be considered after this time. Please CHECK your order immediately upon arrival.

If you have inadvertently ordered the incorrect size and want to swop it for another size the courier/delivery charges will be for the customer’s account. You will have 12 hours to inform the store of the error to make the change. Provided the packaging is unopened and intact.

All items purchased from Legwear Safari are made pursuant to agreements with shipping and delivery agents and risk of loss pass from Legwear Safari Store to such agents upon delivery of any item to such carrier.

Cancellations

In the unlikely event that any purchase is cancelled between payment and delivery, please note that it will attract a 25% handling fee deducted from the full purchase price of the order.

In the event that an order is placed using EFT as a payment selection and the order is NOT PAID for within 24 hours, the order will  expire and the customer will be notified.
